TOTAL QUALITY CONTROL
There are numerous check-points, both manual and automatic, to ensure that the universe of funds constructed from the various data sources is accurate. Data is subject to cross-reference checking with statutory and other 3rd-party data sources. Furthermore, internal checks are performed using sophisticated SQL queries and quite often, there is close liaison with the Service Providers to verify and correct any identified discrepancies.
Near to the report's publish date, a Service Provider-centric view of the data is provided for clients to verify and validate the data prior to production.
Only once we have the sign off from the Service Providers will the report be published and made available to our clients.
To ensure our position as the statistical reference for the investment fund industry, we have developed a Total Quality Management process to guarantee the highest quality of data is used in creating our annual reports.
